Personal Loans

The Credit Union offers personal loans up to a maximum balance of $15,000.00. Members can apply for a loan up to $5,000.00 on his or her own signature. Loans from $5,000.01 to $15,000.00 generally require a co-signer.

Car Loans - New Cars

The Credit Union will finance up to 100% of the purchase price of a new car including tax and warranty for a period of up to 60 months. For new cars with a sticker price of $20,000.00 or more, there is financing up to 72 months. A new car is defined as a car that has never been registered.

Car Loans - Used Cars

The Credit Union will finance up to 100% of the purchase price of a used car including tax and warranty. For used cars under $15,000.00 there is financing up to 48 months and for any used car with a book value of $15,000.00 or greater there is financing up to 60 months. If a used car is being purchased privately, the Credit Union will finance the retail value of the car according to the Nada Book, including tax.

Home Equity Loans - Home Equity Line of Credit

A form of revolving credit in which your home serves as collateral. This program offers a line of credit up to $100,000.00 based on the equity of your home. There is a nine year draw period with a pay back period of eleven years.

Home Equity Loans - Second Mortgages

This program offers a mortgage up to $100,000.00 based on the equity of your home. The money is disbursed at one time and there is a fifteen year payback.

Reverse Mortgages

This program is designed for homeowners age 62 and over that turns the equity in your home into cash that can be used for any purpose.  Enjoy lifetime use of your home without the monthly payments.  You and any co-borrower must be at least 62 and own a home that is your primary residence.  It does not have to be paid off to qualify.  There are no income requirements or credit restrictions.  Loan amounts are capped based on the loan type and the county you live in.
